The whole place was clean and the staff was incredibly kind. The room had a TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator, which I really enjoyed. Having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was fantastic, right on the beach. It was great to be only 1 mile away from KFC, offering short-order meals. Everything seemed brand new, making it my first choice in Marathon for my next visit.

Loved our Easter getaway! The property had a great pool and an awesome spot for watching sunsets. Close to Publix and Sombrero Beach for convenience. We had a delicious dinner at a local steak and lobster house. The location was perfect for renting a boat at the marina and cruising under the Seven Mile Bridge. , enjoyed the food and drinks at a nearby grill. The staff, especially Jim, were really helpful. The free kayaks provided a fun activity as we floated by our friendly neighbors. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Only one minor downside, the proximity of the airport nearby was occasionally noticeable, but it didn't bother us too much. , the lodge layout could be improved with a deck alongside for easier access to the bedrooms, rather than having to go through them.

I booked a room with beautiful views of the sunset and the location was great for walking around Children's Rotary Park.

The location of the hotel was amazing, to the activities.

We got a room with a bathtub. The location was wonderful, around 4-6 minutes walk from Rotary Park.

Loved the place, had a good stay on this visit. The setting was unbeatable, next to the channel as well as the ocean. A deluxe bungalow with a stunningly beautiful view of the sunset, had requested this in advance.

The bedroom was separate, the bathroom was fairly clean and had a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets for convenience, and the location to the activities was great for us.

Cozy room with a TV, microwave, and fridge, plus a super comfy bed. The sea view is simply gorgeous. The staff here are incredibly nice and friendly. 😊

We had a great time in Marathon and the hotel offered a nice range of activities.

The location here is perfect for first-time visitors. It's only a mile away from KFC, so you can easily grab some quick-service food.

The Aqua Lodges at Coconut Cay RV and Marina provide an amazing experience with their cozy rooms. I loved how every room had air conditioning to beat the heat, along with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the sea. The private bathrooms were clean and equipped with all the essentials. The flat-screen TV was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. as a solo traveler, I felt comfortable and had a pleasant stay.

One thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of wardrobe space in the rooms. But hey, that's just my personal opinion, and others might not mind it at all.

Watching boats go by was jaw-dropping, pool next door was super awesome! Customer service was mind-blowing, staff kind and helpful. Jim, the maintenance guy, was too COOL and very helpful. Planning to come back for sure!! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed on a vacation!! So much fun!!

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel for a few days and it was such a memorable experience. The location right on the water was perfect, with great views of boats passing by. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The maintenance guy Jim was especially cool and always ready to assist. The pontoon boat we rented was a highlight, allowing us to spend a whole day out at sea. The aqua lodges were exactly as pictured, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. The private beach and pool were also fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had the best time on our boat house at Yatch Haven. It exceeded our expectations and we loved every single thing. Clean, quiet, cutest little house, well equipped, very conveniently located. We definitely recommend and would come back for another stay. The aqua lodges were exactly as pictured with the added bonus of super cool air con. The beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed- particularly with regards to the kitchen which included a full fridge and freezer. It was very easy to cook our own meal. The provided soap and shampoo were great and smelled wonderful. The lodges were compact but this was as expected and didn't take away from our comfort. There was plenty of storage for clothes and lots of storage space under the beds for suitcases, shoes etc. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. There is some noise from the airport, this didn't disturb us but may if you're a light sleeper and want a long lie-in in the morning. The location was perfect. The balcony on the water was great, the pool was a great size, the private beach was stunning. Whilst no access to the water from the beach, it was the perfect spot to watch the sunset- we watched a seriously beautiful sunset! We saw many different types of fish, bats in the evening, and even a small raccoon! It was very memorable. The added bonus of the kayaks was great! There were doubles and singles and plenty of each. We didn't have a problem or need to wait to use them. Once on the water, the sea was still and you could see the ocean for miles. Locally, there was everything you could need within driving distance and a great base to get to Key West and Key Largo. We only met the staff at check-in but he was really friendly and helpful. They also have ice for $3 a huge bag which was incredibly helpful. The other people we met on the site were super friendly, and the kids made friends with other kids. This lodging was a great value for our family. The multiple sleeping areas and kitchenette lent flexibility and comfort for our stay. The boats are unique and furnished very comfortably. The pool is nice and so is the walk to the beach point. Everything is new and clean. Being on the water itself and watching all the boats go by at all times was my #1. Having a pool right next door was so awesome!! Everything about our stay from the customer service to the activities, the staff were extremely kind and informing and helpful. Felt very welcome throughout our stay! Jim, the maintenance guy there is just too cool and very kind and helpful! Super cool dude! We are planning on coming back again for sure!! One of the best places I've ever stayed on vacation!! So much fun!! So many details to list, just so much to do and yet be at ease and feel relaxed!! We rented a pontoon boat so we rented the boat and spent the whole day out at sea and what an incredible and beautiful experience it was. The weather was amazing, tho I am a little charred?but so worth it!! The pontoon houseboat we stayed in was real comfortable and very convenient with your everyday necessities. I've recommended this place to friends and family and they will be paying visits as well.
